This study aims to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and performance.

Many companies use surveys to measure employee motivation, job performance, and the effectiveness of HR programs. But more often than not, these tools miss important information and can even create new problems. A GTE survey in the mids, for example, revealed that the performance of its different billing operations, as measured by the accuracy of bills sent out, was closely tied to the leadership style of the unit managers.

The primary purpose of this research is to understand the definition, conceptualization, and assessing the impact of organizational culture on organizational performance and also to examine the relationship between culture and performance. The study adopted the interpretive pattern and used questionnaire in collecting the data. A total of copies of questionnaire were distributed to various company officers.
